Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. -------- A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund. -------- Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 30 nights. -------- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. -------- Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed; we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $200 per pet per stay. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, we will require its immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $500. We appreciate your understanding. -------- “Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies.
