Space
Nestled among rolling hills and lush vineyards, this property blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The single-story farmhouse offers ample space for relaxation, while the private guest suite provides an ideal setup for families or groups seeking privacy. This is not a short-term rental. Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: King size bed (1) Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1) Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (1) Bedroom 4: Queen size bed (1), sofa bed (1) - Detached guest suite Check in - 4pm Check out - 11am 24-hour check-in. Contactless check-in and departure. Pool and Spa Heating ARE NOT available. **Our pools are professionally cleaned and maintained by a licensed pool company every Friday. Trash bins are pulled out every Sunday by a staff member. Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Access
Access to the whole house with the exception with some locked areas. The fireplaces are not available for use. The garage is not available for guest use. Guest can park within premises.

Getting Around
A car is the most convenient way to get around Temecula, especially if you plan to explore the many vineyards, scenic spots, and attractions like Old Town or Pechanga Casino.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. -------- A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund. Additional contact information may be requested after booking to comply with local regulations. -------- Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 21 nights. -------- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. -------- Quiet time: between 10 p.m. - 7a.m. as mandated by Riverside County. During this time, all outdoor activities are prohibited, including fire pit and pool/spa use. Please ensure all activities are kept indoors during these hours. -------- Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the home. Feel free to bring your favorite indoor shoes or slippers for added comfort during your stay. Thank you for understanding! ----------- Pet Policy: ** We do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. We appreciate your understanding -------- There is an extra charge of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 6th guest. ----- Parking: Parking is limited to the property, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. No street parking allowed. No party buses or RVs are permitted, and outdoor camping or sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Garage parking is not available. --------- Riverside County Ordinance 927.2, weddings, events, and parties are not permitted. The guest limit is 20 people at any time. Violating these terms may lead to a fine and cancellation without refund -------- No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property. --------- Cancellation Policy: Moderate Cancellation Policy --------- Here are some pool safety reminders: 1. Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers 2. No diving. 3. No running around the pool area. 4. Keep hazardous objects, such as glass or sticks, away from the pool.
