The front door leads you to the great room with a comfortable and spacious living area. A large sectional sofa and two additional side chairs invite you to relax, put your feet up, and turn on the big TV to stream your favorite new bingeable show. If you’re more in the mood to catch the new movie you’ve been waiting to see, head to the home theater and watch in style on the big screen! You’ll find some really epic sofas to curl up on there. If you’d rather some more active entertainment, the game room is for you! With its funky cool themed-design and checkerboard floor, it’s a riot of happy colors! Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of foosball or air hockey. And don’t worry, gamers, we didn’t forget you. With four gaming chairs and two flat-screen TVs, you’ll be fighting the bad guys for hours. For those who just can’t vacation without a pool table, we’ve got you covered. Head up to the second floor loft! Cooking & Dining Our gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped for your family or group and your resident chef is going to love it!  You’ll find stainless steel appliances, generous granite countertops, and an oversized kitchen island with seating for 4. There’s plenty of space in the cabinets for all your groceries and goodies. We hope the chef celebrates this wonderful space by trying out a few new recipes for the group to enjoy together! And speaking of which,  a formal dining space for 10 overlooks the screened lanai. The perfect spot for making incredible new memories as you enjoy family meals together. Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms Eight large and comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to 18 guests. The primary suite offers a king size bed, dual nightstands and lamps for the before-bed readers, a TV for the late-night talk show watchers, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool. A seating area allows for a few moments of peace and quiet and you’ll particularly love the private entrance to the lanai. Late night glass of wine, anyone? The ensuite bath is a true spa experience, with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual sinks. Two of the remaining bedrooms are themed just for the kids and they will love living in their own private Disney movie! The first is modeled after Frozen,  grab your winter jackets! Stay warm with some of your favorite friends like Elsa, Anna, and Olaf.  This guest room offers two twin beds. Next, you’ll find two sets of twin bunks in a guest room modeled after Pandora, with a whimsical and enchanting mural on the wall, and a flat-screen TV. Count dragons as you fall to sleep, this a room any Navi will love. Awake refreshed and ready to enjoy another sunny Florida day in one of the five additional guest rooms.  Four more full baths should make getting ready in the morning an easy task. Outdoor Amenities Love what you see inside the house? Just wait until you get outside! Our villa is equipped with a fully-screened plunge pool to stay cool in the Florida sun. Whether you prefer soaking up the rays or curling up with your book or mobile device, we make it easy! Four sun loungers invite you to get your fix of sunshine, while a covered dining area allows you to enjoy the tropical temperatures without being directly in the sun. In the evenings, be sure to take a relaxing soak in the hot tub, perhaps with a glass of your favorite beverage in hand. **BBQ Grill Rental is available for an additional fee of $65.00 plus tax, per week. Read Before Booking this property:

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The Champions Gate Community HOA has a 4 to 5 Car Maximum (depending on the size of property) that is permitted to be registered per home. ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. All drivers will be required to provide a valid driver’s license to the guard gate upon arrival. Any driver that is not registered prior to arrival will not be allowed access to the community. Should you need to add a guest/driver after-hours (after arrival), there is a $75 fee that will be charged.

Self-Check-in/Check Out with our keyless entry door which requires a unique code to enter. Each code is computer generated and unique for each guest.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.

Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: *Please note that pool heat (where applicable) is not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply.
The pool heater can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
