No pets. No parties or events. The Neighborhood The Solara Resort is just 8 short miles to the Happiest Place on Earth, and just a short drive from Universal and SeaWorld. As one of the newer resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, Solara boasts all the amenities you’ve come to expect and a few that you’ve probably never heard of! Hang out at the clubhouse, which features an enormous pool with cabanas, a wave simulator, and a splash pad. No need to skip your workout with a fitness center. If you prefer outdoor sports, you’ll love the basketball court, volleyball court, and a full-size soccer field. There’s even a teen center for the kids where they can hang out and make new friends, while the adults enjoy the nearby bar and grill. Don’t forget that you’re just minutes from the big 3 theme parks - Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Getting There/Transit Most guests will drive to the Solara Resort. Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.

Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: *Please note that pool heat (where applicable) is not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply.
The pool heater can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
